Cherry Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh pitted cherries plus more for serving
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey VEGAN - swap maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a container and stir until well combined. Seal and refrigerate overnight or at least a couple hours.
  • *if making 2 servings to be eaten on separate days, split into 2 containers before placing in fridge*
  • Stir before using and add extra milk if needed.
  • Top the oats with additional chopped cherries and serve.
