Key Lime Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lime juice from regular limes - no need for Key limes
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1/4 cup GF rolled oats
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Chuck it all in the blender and enjoy!
