We often get people asking for the Secret Formula for our menus. What’s the macro breakdown? How many calories? What is the secret Fat Burning ingredient!!?

It’s actually a lot simpler than people think. The feel good formula is basically:

  1. Fill at least half of every plate with veggies
    (So, you want at least 2 big handfuls, 6-10oz or 2cups. If you are hungry, you probably aren’t eating enough veggies)
  2. Add a palm sized amount of protein (4-6oz or .5cups)
  3. Add 1 cupped hand starchy carbs or fruit (optional – remember there are carbs in veggies too)
  4. Add 1 thumb, .5-1oz or up to 2 tbsp of fat
