Oonagh's "Cheezy Zoodles"

Ingredients
  

  • 2 zucchini spiralized or peeled into noodles
  • 1 medium sized carrot shredded or noodle-ified
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tsp dairy-free basil pesto
  • 1/3 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
  • pinch of Himalayan sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Chuck it all in a pan over medium heat and cook it until everything is soft and creamy.
  • Can be used as a side dish or add a portion of tofu or beans as well for protein and call it a meal. YUM!
