Overnight Oats with Strawberries and Chia
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 8 large strawberries cored and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup if vegan)
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Evenly divide the mixture between two airtight containers and chill overnight in fridge.
- Stir in the morning and enjoy!
