Overnight Oats with Strawberries and Chia

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 8 large strawberries cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup if vegan)


  • In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Evenly divide the mixture between two airtight containers and chill overnight in fridge.
  • Stir in the morning and enjoy!
