Spicy Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except parsley and toss to coat.
  • Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, tossing several times.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve!
