Vegan Tofu Yogurt

  • 1 pkg silken tofu (lite/soft)
  • 1 whole banana cold
  • 2 tbsp nondairy milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Honey *optional


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, whizzing until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste, adding a little honey if desired. (or simply drizzle over snack just before eating.
  • Split into two equal portions in sealed containers. Top with 1/2 cup of fruit at snack time.
