Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a food processor, finely chop the zucchini, onion, garlic, red pepper, sweet potato, and carrot. Transfer to a large bowl and add the turkey, almond meal, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Place the meatballs on the the baking sheet and bake until cooked through , about 20 minutes. DELISH!
